Delivery & Installation

At Design2Chill, we handle your new outdoor furniture with the utmost care. All furniture is carefully packaged to prevent damage during transport and delivered safely to your home. We contact you in advance to arrange a suitable delivery time, so you know exactly when to expect your order.

For private customers, we always deliver our furniture ourselves. This allows us to perform a final check to ensure that everything meets our quality standards and gives us another opportunity for personal contact with our customers.

Design2Chill delivers high-quality outdoor furniture worldwide. Depending on your order, we will inform you in advance about the expected delivery time. As soon as your order leaves our production facility, we will arrange a suitable delivery time with you.

Almost all our products are delivered ready to use. If anything still needs to be assembled, our team will take care of it upon delivery, so you can immediately enjoy your new outdoor furniture. After delivery, we will of course take all packaging materials with us, leaving your garden or terrace neat and tidy.

We recommend checking your order immediately upon delivery. Make sure all products are complete and check for any visible damage that may have occurred during transport.

To ensure a smooth delivery, please take the following into account beforehand:

• Sufficient access to the desired location in your garden or home.
• Any narrow passageways, stairs or lifts.
• A contact person who is present at the agreed delivery time.
• A safe and easily accessible location for our team.
